Our story

Built for the PNW Life

Hike farther, paddle stronger, move better — Pilates builds the body that lets you fully live the PNW life.

How PNW Mind and Body Pilates began

PNW Mind and Body Pilates was born from a deep love of Pilates' physical and mental health benefits and a belief that movement should feel as natural and pain-free as possible. Founded in 2025, my home studio grew from a single dream to help others into a destination where friends, family, and clients come for individualized coaching that guides them toward a healthier, stronger, and more confident life.

I believe Pilates is for every body — every age, every fitness level, every season of life. My approach blends classical Pilates principles with a modern, mindful sensibility that works with each person's needs, abilities, and goals.

Whether you're recovering from injury, training for peak performance, or simply looking for a place to slow down and reconnect with your mind and body, you'll find your rhythm here.

My Principles

Rooted in nature

The PNW landscape inspires everything we do — from our studio design to our mindful, grounded approach to movement.

Every body welcome

We celebrate all bodies, all abilities, and all backgrounds. Pilates is a practice for life, and we meet you exactly where you are.

Breath first

Breath is the foundation of Pilates. We guide you to move with intention, connecting mind and body through every inhale and exhale.

Dedicated to you

Every session is yours alone. Private lessons mean undivided attention, a program built around your body, and a pace that's entirely your own.

Founder & Instructor

Classically Certified Instructor   +5 years experience

PNW Mind and Body Pilates was founded on a simple belief: that every person deserves a movement practice built entirely around them. After discovering Pilates through my own recovery journey, I have spent years guiding clients toward strength, ease, and lasting change.

I work exclusively with private clients — no group classes, no shared sessions. Every lesson is tailored to your body, your goals, and your pace. Whether you are brand new to Pilates or returning after years away, you will find a calm, focused space where your practice can truly take root.
