Private Sessions, Tailored to You
Every session at PNW Mind and Body Pilates is one-on-one. No group classes, no shared equipment — just you, your instructor, and a practice built entirely around your body and goals.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Sessions
The Reformer is a tool to help you build your classical Pilates practice. Using spring resistance and a sliding carriage, reformer work builds deep core strength, improves posture, and creates long, lean muscle tone. It adapts to every body—from post-injury rehabilitation to athletic conditioning. My studio uses only professional-line Gratz equipment, a premier manufacturer of Classical Pilates apparatus, built directly to the exact specifications and dimensions of Joseph Pilates' original 1960s metal designs.
- Spring-resistance training
- Full-body conditioning
- Ideal for all levels
Mat Pilates
Mat Sessions
Mat Pilates returns to the roots of the practice — using your own bodyweight to build strength, flexibility, and control. Sessions focus on breath, alignment, and the classical Pilates repertoire, adapted to your current level and goals. A powerful practice that travels with you anywhere.
- Bodyweight & breath-focused
- Classical Pilates repertoire
- Great for beginners
